The shop is full of homemade goodies attractively packaged for gift giving any time of year. We've brought in some of the world's finest olive oils & balsamic vinegars. Our staff is always busy stocking the shelves with our homemade chutneys, marinated artichokes, local mushrooms and sauces. Temptation conquers will power when you feast your eyes on rows of hand-rolled Belgian truffles, cookies, pastries, pies, sauces, and completely prepared gourmet meals.
The freezer is filled to the brim with our all natural, homemade lasagnas, tourtiere, pot pies; chicken, steak & mushroom, duck & venison to name a few.

Keeping the soups well stocked can sometimes be a challenge as customers bring in their coolers to carry the load out. You will find soups change with the season prepared with local ingredients in small batches from natural stocks and low sodium…soup and a loaf of our homemade bread and you are set.

Lunches are available for eat in or take-out. Pick up dinner and daily specials on your way home. The offerings can include Gilles’ famous crab cakes made with real Atlantic snow crab served with a sundried tomato aioli, cedar plank salmon, boeuf Bourguignon, duck confit, bouillabaisse in a saffron and fennel broth and herb crusted Provençale herb-crusted rack of lamb in a baked garlic jus. Customers can call in their order ahead of time for convenience. To finish the meal the sweets are just as impressive, Florentines, amaretti, fresh fruit flans, chocolate truffle tortes…the list goes on but I think you get the picture.
